Despite the fact that it may sound to be a very good deal once you opt for a large fries for just an extra dollar-- switching from a large order to the regular size can allow you to be saved from the burden of 100 extra calories! Also when you are eating at home, get rid of those jumbo dinner plates, just opt for those salad sized plates so you can prevent yourself from overindulging. |
