Walk for 10 Minutes After Eating to Maintain your Figure


"Don't sit down after eating"—probably, you think about your mom when you hear this phrase since most elders would never fail to remind younger generation about the harm of sitting right after eating. Well, the harm mentioned here is not something that would make a life and death situation but it can give a big deal of shame to a person specially the moment when you realize that your stomach is starting to grow a few bulges.

What you need to do is to wait for at least 10 minutes before finally allowing your butt to greet a chair. While waiting for that 10 minute timeframe, you can start walking or moving around the house for you to be able to help digest the food better. Always make it a point to walk around for at least 10 minutes and you will realize later on that you are actually making a 30 minute additional workout per day; this is because 3 days multiplied to 10 minutes would equal 30 minutes. Just think about how much difference you are giving your body.

Nevertheless, doing this step will not actually give you fast weight loss result but a least you are doing something for your own good. Once you make it a point to save 10 minutes of your time after eating not to sit down, you will realize that your tummy bulges are starting to disappear and you will feel more comfortable after eating.
