These are known as cravings, and you have to kill them! No, you don't need to get a knife to literally kill but you have to put a red flag on your face so you can stop yourself from eating these calorie-packed foods. Ok, you probably will say that things are better said than done, saying 'no' to sumptuous foods is not easy after all but the benefits of doing so is high. Come to think about not having to deal with your insecurity again just because your husband happens to spot a gorgeous hot chick at the mall. If you are on the right shape, you will have his complete attention and he would be proud of you to the point that he would wish to be always with you. Kill the cravings by eating raw vegetables than unhealthy foods. You can also substitute water instead of drinking sodas. Although things will never be easy at first, if you do the whole process regularly then you will see a lot of difference after. Always remember to practice self-control and patience so you can see a good benefit. |
