Hi, welcome to the weight loss 4 idiots review!

I was rather excited when I first heard about this fantastic diet slightly more than a month ago. There are many of my friends who are bugging me for my weight loss secrets. I’ve been wanting to write a weight loss 4 idiots review on this but I wanted to go through a few cycle to test out the claim of the weight loss 4 idiots diet handbook being able to help you lose 9 pounds every 11 days.

So here goes my weight loss 4 idiots review.

Immediately after reading it, I went…what a simple yet smart guide!

I’ve been through many diets, I’ve studied food and nutrition in school and I knew all the facts but the way the diet guide made use of simple techniques that will cause our really intelligent body to react to the diet by burning more calories than before was amazing.

One other thing that I noticed while scanning through the website was that it was really easy to understand and it is really an idiot proof guide.

There is nothing complicated about it and it was so easy to follow. There is no need for anything drastic such as having to cut off all carbohydrates or meat. The instructions and methods found in the weight loss hand book can be proven with science.

Online Diet Generator

The online diet generator is really easy to use, allowing you to generate a list without effort. The efficient weight loss diet is rather flexible, it gives you the choice to choose the food that allow you to choose what you would like to eat instead of having to eat whatever the diet commands.

It’s like having a private nutritionist helping you plan your meal according to your weight loss needs and your personal food preference.

First Cycle of Diet

I sailed through most of the 11 days except for the all fruits day. It was a little tough for me as I was working and it was difficult to find enough fruits to keep me full the entire day. I tried to eat as much fruits as I could eat throughout the day and miraculously, I didn’t feel that hungry. I did make sure that I drink lots of water to keep myself from getting hungry.

In my opinion, that was the most difficult part of the diet. Besides that, it was easy. The diet guide was easy to understand and easy to follow. Also, there is no need for starvation so I didn’t feel horrible like when I was on other diets. You can eat all sorts of food like cheese, meat and even pasta.

I made sure that I measured my weight everyday and by the end of the week, I had already lost 4.1 pounds. I was really excited with the results as I feels like I had not been doing much yet I was losing weight.

End of the First Cycle

At the end of the first cycle, I managed to lose a total of 7.6 pounds. It is not the 9 pounds mentioned in the guidebook but it still helped me lose the pounds so easily and quickly. I was completely elated with the results achieved from teh weight loss guide and I was ready to indulge in my 3 days break.

After the 11 days of diet, you will get 3 days break where you will be able to eat whatever you want and this was a great news for me. I loved the 3 days of break from the weight loss diet. After the three days, I checked if I put back any weight.

Thankfully, though I did eat a few pizza, I didn’t put back any weight. My weight stayed and now with greater confidence, I jumped back into the diet.

Second Cycle of the Weight Loss 4 Idiot Diet

I was so much more prepared for the second cycle. Generated another diet list from the member’s area and embarked on the second cycle.

I brought more fruits with me to the office and knowing what to expect, I got through it much easier than I had expected.

Basically, I lost 8.three pounds that time.

Third Cycle (Current)

I’m still on my 8th day of the third cycle of the diet. Still losing pounds and in less than three cycles of the simple weight loss diet, I had already lost 23.7 pounds!

This is a great diet. It is easy to follow and not to mention, healthy. I helps you to lose weight without compromising on nutrition and health,

If you are looking for one easy guide to start losing weight, this is a great one. Or, if you are sick and tired of other diets that does not work, I strongly recommend that you give this a try. Since in less than 11 days, you will already be seeing results. Plus, it is much cheaper than programs like weight watchers and Jenny Craig, or even gym memberships.
