My Review: Fatloss 4 Idiots

Hey folks, my name is Alex Cameron and im a fitness coach at a welll known USA gym. My job ensures im fit and fat free, but how do YOU get the sort of body that we all desire? Well, like me you could hit the gym 5 times a week and eat a very strict plan of food. Or you can do a reputable diet, and one thats got alot of publicity over its life is called ‘Fatloss 4 Idiots’.

Alot of people talk about it, so I combined my love of writing with a love of all things fitness, into this review.

I purchased the program, and have been doing it myself and shared it with my clients. Im more than pleased with the progress, but how will it fare for you…?

Some people might have a pre-conception that this diet is like most others that ‘work’. You just eat nothing, go to the gym five times a week and that weight drips off. What I didnt like about Fatloss 4 idiots

-The sales page and intro page are a little bit ‘cheesy’ and have pretty pictures and horrible colours, which I think puts me off a bit. But really, at the end of the day, if the diet works, then who cares how its packaged.

-In additon to the diet calculator, perhaps an exercise plan function would be beneficial. I have forwarded this area of concern to the authors. Depends if your into exercise or not…

What i thought was great about fatloss 4 idiots

-Fat Loss 4 Idiots has an invaluable diet meal tool that works out all the meals for you. Theres so many, that it would be hard to ever get bored. The choice is huge. Stick to it, dont mix it to heavily from what the calculator tool shows you!
