How To Lose Body Fat - The Quick And Easy Way
Are you one to over indulge at any given chance? Me too! Well I used to indulge all the time, every Christmas time, I’d gain about 50 pounds! The only thing I always look forward to parties is the buffet. It seems that as you grow older the easier it is to gain body fat, because we become less active and our metabolism changes. Sad part is that instead of growing taller we grow wider. Well all that’s going to stop right, you’re about to learn the quick and easy way to lose weight.
The key to losing body fat is sticking to your plan. Yep, nobody said it was going to be easy, but if you’re determine about losing body fat then it’s a must-do! You probably already know how to lose weight quick but you haven’t lost any because you don’t stick to a plan. And what most people don’t know, it that you can’t spot reduce one part of your body. For example if you need to lose weight but the only exercise you do involves working the stomach muscles, you’re not going to lose any weight at all, just going to build up muscle.
Here is a plan for you; Dedicate an hour a day for exercising. Don’t be a quitter, make use of your time every day effectively. I find it best to exercise in the morning, but this is just my personal opinion. Doinf morning exercise somehow leaves you feeling good about yourself for the rest of the day, even if you get a bit tired! And you need to be burn more calories than you eat, it’s as simple as that. Avoid all fatty foods, or foods with a lot of sugar. And forget those soft drinks, coca cola, Pepsi etc. Even the diet versions! All you have to do is to drink water, I recommend about drinking 9 glasses of water a day!
