Write these down on 3X5 post cards and keep them in your wallet or purse. Then, look at them whenever you feel food cravings coming on or your willpower beginning to wane. When you control your appetite, you still be vigilant about eating the right food and continue your exercise routines. Always include fruits and vegetables in your diet, as well as whole wheat or whole grain carbs only, and consume high protein food and burn fat by going on long walks or going for a run, you can also climb the stairs up and down at least thirty minutes three to four time weekly.
