Be Wary Of Risky “Rapid Fat Loss” Weight Loss Plans – And Coffee

Sometimes, in a bid to force ourselves into action, we set ourselves quick goals which might be totally unrealistic. We presume that the ‘short term’ aspect will inspire us – well who wants to be on a eating plan for 6 months if you could achieve exactly the same in 6 weeks! Unfortunately we are just setting ourselves up for failure – or worse!

The simple truth is, it would be much better if we just set basic, clear, doable targets and just went for it. Failing to reach the unattainable will just leave you feeling guilty, frustrated, and angry. But moreover, there is a real risk that we will turn to desperate measures to realize the goal in record time. This is how people finish up taking part in fad diet programs or the ones that offer dangerously fast weight loss.

Though most people know it deep down, is amazing how our desperation will cloud our judgement. There is a fixed rate of fat burning that can not be exceeded safely. This is a fact, and NO wonder drug or miracle techniques can assist you to go above the safe limit.

So, what is that safe limit? How fast can we burn fat without endangering health? Well, if we assume that the body is ready and willing to shed all that fat, (something for another discussion), then you only need to find out the maximum rate at which your body could dispose of surplus fat.

The correct answer is that every human being is unique – so there isn’t a one-fits-all answer here. But though we are unique we are also all alike. We all function in the same way, though maybe not to exactly the same levels of efficiency. All of us handle waste materials through the same organs, and within reason our organs have similar capacities.

The excess fat that you’d like to shed must be broken down then discarded. All the waste material must be processed by the liver and kidneys. There’s no other way out of the body! Since these organs have a very limited capacity – then you can certainly see where the bottleneck is.

You can only safely burn fat at a rate that matches with your internal organs ability to handle the waste.

When your organs are pressirized (when an excessive amount of toxins etc are queuing up to be dealt with), your body puts up a diversion sign, and redirects all of the excess into long-term storage. Your most convenient long stay parking area is your fat cells! So, now it should be obvious that a body can’t possibly lose fat faster than your internal organs can deal with it. Any attempt to do so will ultimately end up with serious damage to the overstressed organs.

So while you are pondering on that fact, also take into account how alcohol consumption can slow down the slimming deal with – it’s blindingly obvious isn’t it?

The need for hydration also becomes plain and simple. You ought to drink enough water so that your organs can work safely at maximum speed.

Now let’s begin some controversy by suggesting that a majority of supplements put stress on the liver – due to their ingredients. Therefore, hardly any supplements ought to be consumed during the fat burning stage. I know some supplements work – that’s not the point. Here i am discussing ‘safe and quick’ fat burning. Anything that stresses the liver cannot accelerate fat loss safely!

My final observation is coffee. Surely this has the same harmful effects as a supplement. Is coffee a safe aid in weight reduction?
